Awesome customer service! First, the products are really nice. We ordered the nativity set a few years ago and have expanded. This year we ordered the “Merry Christmas” sign. FedEx completely bent the box and broke the sign. I sent an email to My Nativity and another was sent out immediately in probably the best box I’ve ever seen. Thanks so much!!
