Return Policy

 

Expectations:

• If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us at jenn@mynativity.com or 408-227-5365.
• You can send back your unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original box.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Process:

• Contact us for a return shipping label at jenn@mynativity.com or 408-227-5365.
• The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Package the nativity set in original shipping box. 
• Items should be repackaged securely to original pads with ties fastened.
• Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to be sure they are in new condition and that you have included all pieces and hardware in the box.
• You will receive a refund for the items returned, less the return shipping, back to your original form of payment within 5 days of us receiving your return.
